Return Policy
At CRDSHP, we want every order to feel clear, fair, and enjoyable from start to finish. We’re a small business, and we genuinely care about doing right by our customers. At the same time, because some products are fulfilled directly by CRDSHP, while others may be fulfilled by Shopify Collective suppliers, Zendrop suppliers, or other third-party fulfillment partners, return eligibility and return handling can vary by item.
This Return Policy applies to purchases made through CRDSHP.com, including orders placed through product listings that may appear on Google Shopping or other Google surfaces.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

be unused, unworn, and unwashed
-
be in its original condition
-
be returned with original packaging, tags, inserts, accessories, and bundled items
-
not be marked final sale, non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise excluded from return
All return requests must be approved by CRDSHP before an item is sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, rejected, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
2. Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
Unless required by law, the following items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

final sale items

limited-release items marked final sale

custom or personalized products
-
made-to-order products
-
print-on-demand products
-
digital products
-
gift cards
-
perishable goods
-
intimate or sanitary goods where applicable

items that show signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, damage, or mishandling after delivery
-
items returned without original packaging or missing major components
CRDSHP reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for return based on its condition, product type, fulfillment source, and the circumstances of the request.
3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at hello@crdshp.com.
Your message must include:

your full name

a clear description of the issue

clear photos of the item
-
clear photos of the packaging
-
a clear photo of the shipping label, if available
If sufficient evidence is not provided, we may be unable to approve a replacement, refund, store credit, or claim with the relevant supplier. This is especially important for supplier-fulfilled orders, since Zendrop requires evidence for many claims and only approves certain supplier-responsible issues.
4. Orders Fulfilled Directly by CRDSHP
For items fulfilled directly by CRDSHP from our own inventory or place of business:

return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup
-
approved returns must be received in original, unused condition
-
customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
-
original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is required because of our error or unless otherwise required by law
-
if an order was delivered locally, picked up locally, or otherwise transferred directly through CRDSHP, the approved return method may be designated by CRDSHP in its sole discretion
If a local pickup or directly fulfilled order is not collected within a reasonable period after notice of availability, CRDSHP reserves the right to cancel the order, restock the item, issue store credit, or otherwise resolve the order at its discretion.
5. Shopify Collective Orders
Some items sold on CRDSHP are fulfilled by Shopify Collective supplier partners. These products may be subject to supplier-specific return rules, return windows, label fees, restocking fees, and refund handling terms. Shopify Collective supports supplier-specific return rules and retailer-managed return policies.
For Shopify Collective items:

supplier-specific return windows and fees may apply
-
some items may not be eligible for return for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, preference changes, or accidental ordering
-
CRDSHP may need to review and coordinate the return with the supplier before approving the request
-
if a supplier declines the return under its applicable policy, CRDSHP may decline the return request accordingly
Where a supplier-specific rule conflicts with a general store rule, the supplier-specific rule may control for that product to the extent permitted by law.
6. Zendrop and Other Third-Party Supplier Orders
Some items sold on CRDSHP are fulfilled by Zendrop suppliers or other third-party fulfillment partners.
For these items:

return eligibility may be limited
-
buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, preference changes, or sizing issues may not qualify for return, refund, or replacement
-
photo or video evidence may be required
-
supplier review may be required before any resolution is approved
-
some qualifying issues may be resolved by replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or other remedy determined appropriate by CRDSHP and/or the supplier
-
some returns may not require physical return of the item, while others may require it
Zendrop states that refunds or replacements generally depend on the supplier being responsible for the issue and on required evidence being submitted, with validated refunds typically processed within 5 to 10 business days on their side.
7. Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center
This policy applies to orders placed through CRDSHP, including products that may appear in Google Shopping, Google free listings, or related Google commerce surfaces. Google expects merchants to maintain a visible return policy and configure return policies in Merchant Center, including return windows and related settings.
Google does not process returns, refunds, or exchanges on behalf of CRDSHP. All post-purchase issues must be handled directly through CRDSHP in accordance with this policy.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges on all items.
If an exchange is available, it will be offered at CRDSHP’s discretion and subject to inventory, supplier approval, and product eligibility. In many cases, the fastest option is to:
-
request an approved return for the original eligible item, if applicable
-
place a new order for the preferred replacement item
CRDSHP may substitute store credit, replacement, or refund as the remedy it determines is most appropriate under the circumstances and to the extent permitted by law.
9. Return Shipping and Fees
If a return is approved:
-
customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
-
any original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return results from our error
-
any supplier-imposed return fee, label fee, or restocking fee may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law
-
customers are responsible for ensuring the return is packaged safely and shipped using any instructions provided by CRDSHP
CRDSHP is not responsible for unauthorized returns, improperly packaged returns, or approved returns lost or damaged in transit.
10. Refund Timing and Method
If a return, cancellation, or claim is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary based on your payment provider, financial institution, Shopify, supplier processing times, and fulfillment source. Shopify supports store policies and return workflows, including returns and exchanges, through the Shopify admin.
CRDSHP may, where legally permitted, choose to issue:
-
a full refund
-
a partial refund
-
store credit
-
a replacement
-
another reasonable resolution
depending on the product, issue type, fulfillment source, and condition of the item.
11. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed, transmitted to a supplier, packed, prepared for shipment, picked up, or shipped.
Because some products are routed quickly to suppliers or fulfillment systems, cancellation is not guaranteed, even if the request is made shortly after purchase. If an order cannot be canceled, it will remain subject to this Return Policy.
12. Refused Deliveries, Invalid Addresses, and Unclaimed Orders
If an order is refused, returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, or remains unclaimed:

CRDSHP may deduct original shipping charges, return shipping charges, address correction fees, and any supplier or carrier fees from any refund where permitted by law
-
if the item is non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, print-on-demand, or otherwise not eligible for resale, no refund may be issued
-
CRDSHP is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by address errors submitted by the customer
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact hello@crdshp.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
CRDSHP reserves the right to contest chargebacks where proof of delivery, fulfillment, policy disclosure, customer communication, product condition, or other relevant evidence supports the transaction. Initiating a chargeback does not automatically create return eligibility or refund entitlement under this policy.
14. Right to Refuse, Limit, or Deny Returns
To the extent permitted by law, CRDSHP reserves the right to refuse, limit, or deny any return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or claim in cases including, but not limited to:

suspected fraud
-
abuse of the return process
-
excessive return activity
-
missing evidence
-
returned items not matching the original order
-
items returned in used, altered, or damaged condition
-
returns submitted outside the stated time window
-
products subject to supplier restrictions or exclusions
